CONQUERING INNER CONFLICTS
SOLUTIONS FOR THE WORKPLACE, A CROW DISCUSSION
Q&A session with a selection of panelists of NAWIC members who are experienced at working directly with and supervising male teammates at construction projects: how NAWIC members have overcome workplace or industry conflicts for being a woman or any other category we each embody as individuals that conflicts with the predominant subset of the industry. The goal is to share our experiences, impart comradery, and strengthen solidarity, while encouraging crowd participation.
