Kuulei, a dedicated and accomplished leader making her mark as a partner in Unlimited Construction Services, Inc. With over 15 years of experience in the company, Kuulei's journey has been marked by growth and significant contributions to its evolution.
Throughout her tenure, Kuulei has held diverse and pivotal roles, ranging from contracts and finance to project operations, showcasing her versatility and commitment to excellence. As the Vice President of Operations, she currently spearheads the management of vital departments, including finance, information technology, human resources, safety, equipment, training, and operations. Her ability to oversee multiple projects on both Kauai and Oahu highlights her organizational prowess and leadership acumen.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Kuulei actively engages in her community, reflecting her deep-rooted sense of giving back. Her service on various boards, such as Hui Hana Pa‘akai and YWCA of Kauai, underlines her passion for creating a positive impact and empowering others.
Kuulei's exceptional leadership and dedication have not gone unnoticed. In 2022, she was recognized as a Pacific Business News Women Who Mean Business honoree, a testament to her influential presence in the business world. Moreover, in 2010, she received the prestigious Na Wahine Alakai O Kauai Women's Leadership Award from YWCA, celebrating her trailblazing leadership.
Notably, Kuulei's commitment to education and nurturing future leaders was evident in her successful organization of a golf tournament that raised over $70,000 for scholarship winners this year.
